hi everybody. I need diet and training help!!!

Hi everybody. Im new to this, yesterday was my first day. So, I'm 26 5"4 170 pounds. I recently decided to try clen. I haven't started yet due to not really being sure of how my training and diet should be. I could use some help. Dose? Best time to take? I get a little shaky with ephedrine products, but I hope i can handle it. Ive tried everything otc with diet and exercise, and no positive results. any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance.
 
my diet and training

My diet is pretty strict..I try to stay around 1200 calories or less a day. A lot of veggies, yogurt, chicken, fish or tuna. I try to stay away from ice cream, soda, or any kind of junk food. As far as my training all i do rite now is an hour a day of cardio...(elliptical mostly). I need a lot of help
