High Blood Pressure

Been noticing lately when I'm working out that my head feels like its gonna explode and I always have this pressure in my head similar to a headache. A lot of the times throughout the day, my upper chest area and face turn real red.
I monitor my blood pressure a lot and usually sit around 117/66 but now, like today for instance, I'm sitting at 163/98. I know high blood pressure is a bad thing and I should see my doctor but my question is, I just finished my Tren/Test cycle. I finished my Tren last week and am now in the two extra weeks of Test injections of 400mg/week. Should I wait until the Tren clears my system and see if this problem corrects itself? Just don't want to go to the doctor and find out it's the Tren that did it cause then the shit will hit the fan....

So, just want ur opinions on if I wait a bit or get my ass to the doctor ASAP

How are you dealing with your estrogen? Are you taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) regularly? BP that high is scary brother, it's really not good for you. Often high estrogen and water retention can be the culprit.

Do what you can to get a little low intensity cardio in every day and find yourself a good Red Yeast Rice supplement. Red Yeast Rice, fish oil and coenzyme q-10 should help bring you into more normal territory, but not if you don't deal with underlying causes (like estrogen) first.

Thanks for the reply essay, ya, I take 12.5mg Aromasin EOD. If I take more then that it seems to tank my Estro and drop it too low. Other then what I described in the first post, I don't really feel any other symptoms like bloating, etc. For cardio, I do 10 minute warm-up on treadmill before my workout and then another 20 minutes after my workout.

Hit that red yeast rice brother and monitor it closely. I'm not used to seeing numbers that high unless using a strong oral, but I have never used tren, either.

On cycle many guys gain weight and that causes a rise in BP. I would try to stay well hydrated and lower sodium intake and use CQ-10 as it has been proven to lower BP and improve heart health. If you still have elevated BP in a few weeks I would see a doc brother.

So here's the scoop on this. Couldn't see my doctor today so I went to the Emerg department at the hospital instead. My blood pressure was still in the 160's range when I got there. Sat there for 6 HOURS and they took my blood pressure 4 different times and it never went below 155/85. Finally after 6 hours I got to see the doctor for him to tell me it's no big deal. He said I take my blood pressure too often, that I only need to check it once every 3 or 4 weeks (even though online it says you need to check it regularly to determine your normal levels.) He said to just check it once a week for the next 4 weeks and if it stays this high, THEN we'll look into treating it. So, in the meantime I get to feel like my head wants to explode because some dickhead doctor doesn't know what he's talking about. I asked about high Estro and he said high E levels wouldn't cause these symptoms.........hahahahaha

High blood pressure:
I have it due to a few extra pounds, and I am type 2 diabetic.

over 160 is not good, this is the threshold that medications start being needed.

First off, have you donated blood recently? high hemocrit, will cause high blood pressure. You will need to borrow a high blood pressure pill from someone to get it lower, so you can donate.

The first one they will give you is hydrochlorothiazide, also known as the water pill.

Second, relax,
There are plenty of ways to treat this, and having high blood pressure for a few weeks while you are coming off a cycle, while isn't exactly good for you, its not going to effect your long term health.

For the future, you don't need to go to the emergency room until your blood pressure goes over 180/120, when its this high, its damaging.

Cutting out all of the caffiene and booze will help too.

If you do have to go on high blood meds, watch the side effects, as they all have them, some of the weird side effects can be crazy in some of them.

High E2 does not typically raise BP or almost every pre menopausal woman on the planet would have high BP. However, water retention can increase BP.

Have you tried measuring your BP first thing in the morning before getting out of bed?
