High e2 causing sore joints??

I'd stick with the adex. Exemestane requires far greater doses than most are comfortable with (think 25-50mg ED) and it can cost a small fortune to run properly. I'd go .5mg EOD at that dose of test and reassess once you get new bloods in a month.

Edit: Dose being 750mg/wk to clarify.

So you were at 250x2? Or 250/wk? I see in your OP you have it at 750mg/wk, you were at that dose for two weeks before the test, right?

Either way, 1mg EOD is way too much. I've never used that brand of adex, but if it's anything like the rest of their product, I can't see it being "bunk". I can say that RUI's stuff works, so I'd just keep at .5mg EOD and see how things are in a month at your current dose. As long as you're not severely obese, you should be fine at that dose. Of course a blood test will confirm this at that point in time.

and yes I was at 750 mg test cyp prior to last test. sorry I missed that question

Thanks will do

Yeah, your E2 should be high if you stopped the adex (rebound) AND increased your dose of testosterone. Definitely just let it ride out for the next four weeks at 750/wk and .5mg EOD with the adex. I bet you'll be much happier with your results at that point. As far as your original problem; I'd work on stretching and flexibility exercises before you hit the weights. See if that helps out a bit, it should at the very least help you with your lifts, if not help those joints feel better. ;)

My .02c :)

Are you racking up too much weight when you lift? Your tendons and ligaments may not be keeping up with your muscle growth.

I wouldn't say "too much" I try to keep it in the 4 to 6 rep range. I still want to think its the adex causing sore joints, but realistically it is probably a combination of both.
