High Free test and estradiol levels

I'll preface by saying I'm in the process of getting on with Maximus right now, but figure I'll ask "the hive" for their opinion since Chip and his crew are so busy right now.

2 months on protocol
7 days after last test injection

Total Test - 1177 ng/dl (348-1197)
Free Test - 38.4 pg/ml (9.3-26.5)
Estradiol - 49.4 pg/ml (7.6-42.6)

200mg test cyp /ew
1mg arimidex /ew
.500cc Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) /ew

Obviously my estrogen is through the roof (and free t). My question is:

Does any one have a ball park idea what level my total test is at during it's peak? I think the level it is at towards the end of the week is great, but does that mean its to high immediately following my shot?

Also, when I get my estrogen under control, wont that cause my free test levels to increase as well? I guess I don't understand how both can be so high at the same time.

you need to test your SHBG levels. If SHBG is high then you need to lower that to raise your free test.

The Maximus people will help you dial in your estrogen levels. You may need to drop the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) down a little per week or up the arimidex up a little.

My SHBG came back 17.7 nmol/L (16.5-55.9)

I know it is desirable for men to usually have this in the lower range... but am I starting to get a little to low?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can really have your SHBG too low or Free Test too high assuming everything else is in order and you're on HRT.

Good to hear. Sounds like I'm responding pretty damn well then (bloodwork wise anyway). I just need to get my E levels in check.

I'm really not feeling a WHOLE lot better than I was before. I suspect it might be because of the estrogen being high.

Basically all other levels are in normal/desirable ranges that I can see.

Very true. They are directly related. The lower your SHBG, the higher your free T. Free T can be calculated given TT and SHBG. Anyways your good. I'm sure thy will lower your e2 a little either by more Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or less HCG. On another note did you happen to check your DHEA-S? I'm becoming a believer that DHEA and Pregnenolone should probably be used. Ordering some tonight myself.

Wow, 2157 at your peak. The 7 days is stressing you a little. Now if you went e5d your peak would only be 1815. Which is pretty damn good.

Your welcome. I also wanted to add... 200/7*5 = 142.8mg e5d. This would result in the same 1177 TT just prior to your shot.
