High prolactin and Hormones

Hey , as you guys know , i 've been on oral DHEA for 2 weeks , then dermacrine+formeron for 8 weeks , now i'm on Clomid 100mg E0D.
I did blood test , 2 times, and my T levels were in normal range , same for E2 , only my prolactin was really high , and cortisol.

The problem is : since 2 months or maybe a lil more , my libido sucks , and since i finished my derma/form , it's even worse , inexistant , is it due to a shutdown? or cause of my high prolactin?
For info , i had high libido before the Derma/formeron/DHEA cycle, could have sex 3-4 times/day , now not even once every week.

I read some things on the net , seems like DHEA can't affect prolactin , but before the cycle i had nice libido , so i assume that my high prolactin -> loss of libido came with this cycle.

Tomorrow i'll have MRI of the brain , to see if i have that prolactinoma , but i'm sure 99% i won't have any.

Yea.. i'm taking tribulus terrestris , clomid , and after the MRI , i'll take SNS inhibit-P ( suppose to up my dopamine and decrease my prolactin , i'll take that because in 3 days i go for 1 month for holidays , i won't be able to see my doctor/endo , to have prescription )
Took 3 caps of Tribu today , seems to up my libido ( 2000mg of Ttribu)

28 ng / ml , last blood test was 3 weeks ago.
First , i took oral DHEA for 2 weeks , 50 mg / day , in february , stopped cause of puffy/sore nipples , and hair growth , didn't do PCT ( didn't know anything about PCT or DHEA could be suppressive ) , then i did a blood test and then took some Prolactron ( natty supp for decrease prolactin) + PES erase pro ( AI ) cause i had 52 ng / ml of E2 and 28 ng /ml of prolactin and 9ng/ml of Test level.
2 month after , i started taking Formeron ( formastane PH ) + Dermacrine ( progestron and DHEA ) for 8 weeks , recommended dose , during the cycle i took blood test , E2 was 29 ng / ml , T was 7 ng / ml , and prolactin didnt change 28ng/ml ( prolactron didnt move my levels , at all ) .

If i did the first blood test after the oral DHEA , it's because i went to my endo for gyno , cause my nipples were very sore and i have a small gyno , she asked me to do blood test.
Before all of those supps ; my libido was good , today i'm on Clomid 100 mg E0D , PES erase pro , and started tribulus today , i have SNS inhibit-P on hand , but don't know if i'll use it or not.
I finished my Formeron/Derma cycle 1-2 weeks ago , i'm on PCT with nolva , but i'll be using it as a Test booster too , so i'll take it longer then 1 month , maybe 2-3 if i don't have bad side effects .

So , my shitty libido must be from Prolactin , or clomid , or shutdown

You're elevated for sure, but I'd quit trying to self treat when consulting a doctor at the same time. It can only confuse them and may make it significantly harder to find the root cause of your issues.

While DHEA can elevate prolactin, it requires a great amount of the hormone to not only bring you to where you're at, but to crash your testosterone to that extent. 7ng/dL is dangerously low, is that a typo by chance?

I have found that my libido was ok with the high prolactin ( for me) but with the high prolactin I could not orgasm.

FYT, only: any use of opiates can kill libido and orgasm. So if on meds this can also have a bad effect. Just FYI OK!

He wrote 7ng/ml. So 700ng/dl if my math is right and I am moving the decimal in the right direction.

Just so you know, this is about the 6th thread he has created on this topic in the last week. I am about to give him a timeout. I haven't yet because I think his high prolactin is effecting his cognitive abilities as well.

Dont I know it, I'm on a huge dose of suboxone(for depression, not addiction). It makes it feel like your crotch has been soaked in lidocaine & mentally I like sex, but my crotch, hates it. On the plus side, you can focus completely on the girl without caring if you finish. You can even fake orgasms

OK, there you have it. The Suboxone is the culprit. I've been on Suboxone for almost three years. O have weaned off twice and I can tell you by experience as well as my Doc warning me "That's it" So forget all this other crap about prolactin and AAS and shit and this is a medical fact. Wean off Suboxone and fvck like a rabbit. Dam all this shit about this and that and it is a medical issue right in front of your face. Narcotics and opiates will kill libido and orgasms no mater what you take to over compensate.

I appreciate the feedback to see that another person has experienced this. The issue is have Treatment Resstant Depression(30+ different meds not working or pooping out). It sounds bad, but if you have legit depression you, you wouldn't care about libido, orgasms period. I've dealt with worse side effects (cognitive brain damage & amnesia from ECT). I could pissed off & bitter, but I just accept that it tastes sweeter getting used to a lot of oral exercises.

Never heard of it for depression. Started suboxone in January after 3 years of opiates. In February had major oral surgery and went through it old school no narcotics. As of yesterday it was my last doc visit. I will say that the opiates and suboxone will mess up your libito big time, however since I started my test cycle and diet it has nearly doubled in the performance. I would listen to Tron and Mike and be careful of the stuff that will jack you up and that I'd hard to recover from. Good luck!

I am also on suboxone... and your doctor who prescribes that for anything but opiate maintenance or pain management is a fucking idiot..

also the dope dick side effects and elevated prolactin definitely have to do with the subs.. what dose are you on if i may ask?

Something is Bullcrap NO doctor prescribes an Opiate (Suboxone) for depression. It is not done.
