High SHBG,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

My current SHBG is 64. I take a medications that does increase this some, phenytoin. I currently take 60 MG subq twice per week and 350 MG of HCG three times per week.....1/4 mg of arimidex twice per week. Is it true that i may lower my SHBG if i return to once per week injections for an amount of time? Should i bother?
Free T is 1.5 (.87 to 5.47)
Total T is 912 (375-1000)
E2 is 42 (<29)
I understand i need to lower E 2 some which i can do pretty easily. Any suggestions on the SHBG with dosing?

How much does your SHBG increase by using phenytoin? are you taking any meds?

That i would not know since i have been taking it for 38 years lol only had two seizures years back........i know earlier in TRT treatment (5-7 years back) my SHBG was more in to the upper 30's lower 40's. Since that time i added 3 x 350 HCG and went from injecting T Cyp once per week IM to twice per week SubQ. Other meds 50mg zoloft and a daily cialis for prostate. I thought i heard going back to one injection per week will start to lower SHBG? Also take .25 mg arimidex twice per week.

Why take hcg if you***8217;re on trt?

If you***8217;re hormones are balanced your shbg will go down too. Remember hormones take time and give it the time with Arimidex to get the e2 down and the shbg. Don***8217;t rush it. Take a standard dose and slowly increase until the number goes down. If you have easy access to blood work take it every 2-3 weeks til improves

Well my SHGB seems sto stay in the 50's even when E2 and the rest are in good shape.....again that medication comes into play. I take HCG to backfill hormone pathways and to keep my Testicles funcioning. Its actually easier to maintain E2 with the T + HCG for me. I assume what you are saying is that once E2 falls some again that SHBG will also. This is has not been the case in the past. It was somewhat lower but only in the 50's. My curiousity is if i pin once per week will that one time per week higher dose push SHBG down further in order to increase my Free T? Is that a valid method? If so is it something people do for a month or so then go back to pin twice per week?

I have been on Arimidex for years,,,,,,,its just a constant tweek.
