I suggest a dynamic workout (speed) where you start with 50 percent of your max on skullcrushers for a set of 4......every minute for 12 minutes. Then 72 hours later, do 8 sets as heavy as humanly possible for 5-7 reps. That should help you out, Tiny. Nice ink too, looks like your kid puked spinach on you. That I cannot help you with, nor your rampant masturbation to Bruno Mars videos.

In my defence, I'd never been on these forums before and thought people might be interested in my story. Most of these guys are light years ahead of you in depth, exercise experience and cycle knowledge.
