RJ, we got off on the wrong foot here I think. I think you're a funny guy. If any of you people actually wanted to learn something about training for mad-results, or my most successful steroid cycles - I have a ton of knowlege to share. In my defence, I'd never been on these forums before and thought people might be interested in my story. Apparently not, which is all good - I will try to follow the guidelines as I kinda felt like a heel this morning.

You initial post made you sound like every other douchebag at the gym wearing a fanny pack and Oakley sunglasses. Doesn't matter if they can bench press a skyscraper. They are douchebags because they feel they are better than everyone else.

Saying things like "everyone could learn from me" or " i bench _____ without a shirt even" or "how can I be so awesome and get all my gains back" (i'm not even gonna mention the side lateral mistake) as your first few posts is not how you get around here.

Because this is the internet, anyone can post whatever they want. I could say I can squat 1000lbs. You could say you're wife looks like Scarlett Johannsen.

I'll just offer up a fellatio session or something. I did my Dynamic chest workout yesterday, so it won't be for at least another 48 hours.

About the dynamic training, etc.....you can find it better explained by an article by powerlifter Louie Simmons called "how to bench 500 easy". In taking Kinesiology in university, it made a world of sense to me, and in theory can apply it to any bodypart/exercise you want.

Come to think of it, that's the most useful my degree has come thus far in life!

245-255 (depends how much water I drink that day)
Pin 3 times a wk right now
900 EQ/750 test cyp/750 fina enanthate (TOTAL)
Workout 6 times per week (Wed off)
Don't workout legs because of my blown discs
My diet is pretty crappy. I eat well most of the time (TruMass and Banana for Breakfast, a wholewheat tune sub for lunch, a great dinner of a big protein, and lots of steamed greens, and another TruMass post workout)I take liv. 52 with each meal, and try to be always snacking on something. Usually a bag of nuts <insert joke here>.

If anybody wants to know anything else, just ask. No probs.

On your first post in this thread you said you were starting a cycle of 500 cyp/600EQ/500 tren E???

I just started a new cycle today, 500 cyp/600EQ/500 tren E per week, and will let you guys know my progress.

And if you decided to change your doasing schedule in the last 48 hours, why on earth are you doing so much gear? 750mg of Tren E a week is insane and totally not necessary IMO. EQ is weak so I can understand that. But overall it appears that you are relying on gear for gains.

And you don't work legs at all? I have disk issues and i still squat close to 500. What happened?

As for the claims below... well... still say that's a bunch of horseshit. But that's a whole other thread. :D

I was appalled at first, but then figured "what the hell" and got an 8 week cycle of injectible Winstrol. I started eating like a horse, anything in sight, and put on 20 pounds of ripped muscle.

I knew these gains were abnormal for Winstrol (winny), so I tried EQ for 6 weeks and put on another 20 pounds of solid muscle while eating crap. The only constants were a multivite, whey protein, and Glutamine.

Yeah, I upped the dosage to start cycle, because the esthers are so long acting and I have a lot of gear, I figured I'd flood my system with it. I will drop the dosages back down to where I first said I was gonna start next week. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm hoping dearly that my lift goes sideways, I have to dump all the weights off, and I drop what's left on my neck. I swear I will post it for all our devout followers can flame me while I get my windpipe reconstructed. Lol.

I'll post more pics.....not a problem. I've had the flu, so this forum wasn't at the top of my list. Shitting while puking in a bucket on my lap was my routine for 48 hours.

Still feel like a bag full of smashed assholes, but gonna try to get to the gym today.

I played football at a fairly high level, and my legs have stayed a bit beefy. Dr's orders not to do legs PERIOD. I have a torn ACL which I never got fixed, he said we could revisit legs once I get it fixed and rehab it.

Lost a decade, lol. Guess I fucked up with that one too, for those 10ish years I was on Deca and Sustanon (sust) on and off - without a break longer than a 2 weeks. Never any post cycle therapy (pct), didn't need it for some reason.

you're right, people can post pics off the net and claim its them. Or they can exaggerate any strength numbers, and most people probably do use these forums as a role playing game.

I'm not, just here in case somebody wants my humble opinion on anything.

Well, looks like I spoke too soon....I guess its not a side, but I got a shitty spot on a 455 bench and partially tore my biceps tendon as the whole load started going to the right, and the old fucker let me struggle until I screamed.

Haha, jokes on me I guess. I won't know if I need surgery or to what extent the injury is until my CT Scan next week. It feels like its getting better, so I would have to guess rest and anti-inflammatories. We'll see. Boy do I feel like a loser now.

Any opinions on what roid (besides deca) is a good healer? Something oral would be divine....
