Hitting Arms 2 X Week while ON Test E

My arms are a weak spot and wanting to get the most of the cycle, I was wondering if there would be any benefit to hit Arms 2 times per week?

While off, i only do arms once a week.

yes you can do that, just take as much time between arm session as you can.. like monday / thursday ... if you feel you stop making progress stop for a week or two.. But I believe its good idea

I also feel my arms are my weak spot. What I do that seems to help, on and off cycle is have a day during the week for biceps and triceps and another day for chest and back. Go heavy with chest and back and not so heavy on biceps and triceps. Pretty much just focus on getting as much blood as you can in your biceps and triceps.

The reason I do not like that is you technically probably already are. When you do chest and shoulders tris are hit, when you do back bis are hit. Your already doing it. If you do those body parts on the same day then maybe a light arms day (or stop doing that) JMO...

I started doing arms 2x a week Monday and Friday and I started seeing good results. Friday is usually my off day/cardio day but if I feel there is a area that is in need, I'll work it then.

Or try training differently between the two. So, for work out 1, do flat barbell type curls. On work out 2, do hammer and reverse grip. Same basic idea for triceps.
My cycle has me hitting the same basic body part every 4 days, but from a different angle. Which means that I would not do the same work out ( say flat curl) but every 8 days, yet I train bicep every 4.

When my arms were lagging I dropped the weight on isolation exercises and really focused on form and the contraction. I'm talking like 20-25 db curls. Just an idea

Edit: Just a reference video I liked.

You're not gonna get 20" arms curling 25lb dumbells.
The only way to force a muscle to grow is to make it stronger, higher reps with lots of volume definatly helps the muscle to grow too because of the metabolic fatigue, but you cant just keep pumping the 25s forever. you'll never see a big bodybuilder whos weak.

To answer ops quesiton, yes twice a week is the best for arm growth, have one very heavy day and one with pump day (12-15 reps).

What id do and its actually what i do and i find it has worked great to bring arms up. Have a day at the gym dedicated to arms only. Then on chest day polish the workout off with 2 exercises for tris and on back day do the same thing with bis. You only need a little bit on these day because you are hitting them basically all workout to a certain extent. Just allow enough time between workouts for proper rest and growth.

B/c biceps are what separates the strong from the weak. I wasn't saying anything against progressive overload I was saying that you can do more work with lower weight than taking a bunch of weight and swinging it around to look cool

i find as JIMI said , my arms feel it on chest and shoulders , bis's on back day . Id say for myself , if i tried to do them one more time a week id probably just hurt myself .
