Breakfast: 50g oats + 250 + 1 yoghurt + banana Green Tea with cinnamon / ginger (To assist in the combustion. Cost as little is allowed to try)
25mg Proting powder
Meal 2: 200g chicken Egg + 3 + 1 banana
Before training / Meal 3: 25g + 50g Carbo Protin powder + 1 banana
After training / Meal 4: 50g + 50g carb protin + 1 banana
Meal 5: 200g Chicken + 3 eggs + 300g green
Meal 6: 25g protein powder
Feel free to give suggestions, etc, etc.
The goal is to lose FAT% and of course build the most muscle with the diet I have
