HMR diet

I am going to start a serious diet program called hmr. They provide all your food. The one thing I am worrying about is getting enough protein because the diet provides men with a minimum of 80 grams of protein. If you get your bodyweight in grams in protein like everyone says weightlifters should get, you end up having to eat way too much of their meal replacements. So I am thinking that I will do this diet and supplement about 80 gms of protein and tell them it was just a couple of their meal replacements. This program is supervised and they do not want you eating anything other than their food and meal replacements.

Another thing I want to know is how should I vary my training? I have been following a powerlifting like routine with great success. I would like to loose as much fat as I can while preserving muscle. Right now I am 28% bodyfat so I think I can loose a lot of fat quickly. Im just wondering what type of lifting routine should go along with this. Should I stay with my powerlifting like routine or should I increase the reps and intensity to burn more calories?

here is information on the program I am starting:

I am doing this because I have a hard time dieting on my own

Thanks for any advice,
