Holding on to muscle after pct?

oK WHAT CAN I DO TO HOLD ON TO MUSCLE IN BETWEEN 12 WEEK AAS CYCLES?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

Proper pct and maintain the same mentality as you were while you were on cycle (heavy training/diet) IMO with proper pct and equally heavy workouts/diet post cycle you can keep ALL your muscle youve gained. That doesnt mean weight as you WILL loose water weight no matter what, but muscle yes.
 
woa, did you just edit your post? Could have sworn you wrote what can you do to keep muscle post cycle? lol

You can train while on cycle to maintain muscle youve already gained lol
 
I like to throw albuterol into my pct and time off between cycles. It is anti-catabolic so helps maintain muscle and helps you shred fat too.
 
Diet and lifting is what you need to maintain.

I wouldn't recommend albuterol personally to maintain muscle. I suggest you do some more research into before ONE person recommends it.

Albuterol?

Taper up to 24mg then taper down 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Keep your calories high which is kinda hard since albuterol kills your appetite and lift like you mean it.

I should mention this is a debatable topic. Some people don't like to use cutters at all. However in the past I have found using albuterol between cycles helps reduce my bodyfat and helps me retain muscle tissue. I get my BF checked in a hydrostatic chamber every month so I know it is accurate.
