home stretch need you guys

Diet started jan 23 2006. weight 232-235 bf% 32 height 5'9 large frame guy
now i am 195 bf 18%

training am fasted Cardio run walk every other minute 45 minutes a day
Circuit train 3xs a week 1st heavy 6-8 reps 2nd time in the week medium weight 8-10 reps 3rd time shaping exercises 15 reps. every other day Cardio is 2xs a day. cardio is 6xs a week for sure. just started ab work 3xs week.

staples are brown rice, yams oat meal flax whole grain bread natural peanut butter, salmon chicken occasional beef. multi vitamin.
i use protein shake post workout but try to never use as a meal as it has no thermic value , or very little. h20 gal a day
i use eca stack 1x a day right now i train 6xs a week.

so the question is i have about 10 pounds to drop left what am i missing i could use to speed up, i have contemplated clen. also considered t4 1 day a week to jump my thyroid. any advice and critics are welcomed.

Circuit training? Like one of those people that determines their choice and order of exercises based on where machines are located in the gym?

As for the protein shakes, you are right; they aren't a meal. But that doesn't mean you can't augment your meals/snacks with protein shakes.

the way i circuit train is start with squats than chest than dead lift shoulder leg curls back. i do three circuits 1 minute rest between each exercise.
