Hope my 3rd cycle gives me some gains :(

How much test enanthate/Deca hellas would you reccomend? Over 6 or 8?

Im done with underground gear.
My first cycle was test enant, 500/wk @ 8 weeks. Results were nothing great.This was pharmaceutical grade.
Next was underground gear- test prop and tren, 150/100 ea eod. Im about done and im really dissapointed.

Im hoping this 3rd cycle of human grade test enanthate and Norma Deca Hellas will do something.

Diet is good, training is good, i just dont know guys. Im about to just forget the gear and go back to just being natural. Its not worth it to thus far, since my gains have been dissapointing.

something doesnt seem right here? Assuming your gear is legit something is off,diet and or training..you say youre not happy but what type of gains did you make (real numbers 5, 10 15 lbs?) post your stats as well
 
I agree, something doesn't add up here and it sounds like diet/training/rest or a combination of two or all of them. Don't have any info to go off of here, but that would be my gut feeling.

If you do 500 Test and 400 Deca for 10 weeks and still get nothing, you've got your answer.
 
i agree with the two of them but i prefer ug gear because normally it is higher dosed then human grade but the key is you have to do your homework and find a very reliable source. also i would try running your cycle maybe 12-15 weeks if you are doing longer esters but what are your stats and what does your training look like?

Im gonna take some good time off, and do the test/Deca in January.

Right now im wrapping up my tren/test prop with T3/and clen. IM hopingto at least lose some BF and get ingood shape. Im mostly dissapointed in my muscularity gains..somethings gotta be wrong.

I eat alot- u know, the same routine we know.
I train hard, and im knowledgable. Ive competed in natural shows 5 times.

"Diet is good" can mean far too many things. If you want bodyweight gains, you need calories - which means counting calories.
 
i think you just hinted at something....i cant pseak from experience with tren as most are pleased with the results..but if your cutting youre not going to gain a ton of muscle even on the wonder drug tren..

Im not saying you need to eat mcd's everyday unless u stay lean naturaly..but if you want to gain the size it seems you want you have to eat clean but in excess of maintainance...

good idea to hold off unitl you can figure it out natty..
 
From my experience the biggest problem i have is consistancy. If I am not consistant in everything i do everyday then i stall and it takes me a couple days to get back to where I was. My whole week could be perfect then on saturday i might go hang out with some friends and not get all the food i need for my diet, it takes me a couple days to get back to where I was. Same thing if i dont get enough rest at night, or i dont train as hard, or miss a day at the gym. Its like a stool, you take one leg off,the stools not going to stand up.

I am not eating huge amounts of calories.
Im trying to eat6 meals a day, consisitng of wheyprotein (designer), chicken breast, and steak/fish.. not alot of carbs..Im trying to get lean.
So is that apossibilkity for my limited gains? Am i supposed to be eating like food is going out of style for t he anabolics to really work?
 
thats a good way to put it. i feel like im going to throw up 1/2 - 3/4 of the way through each meal.

if your goal is to add mass then yes..no one wants to put on fat so if that happens fairly easy for you try to keep your diet as clean as possible but still eat in excess..eating 17-22cals xbw is what youll need to do..
