Hours spent on ology

As I'm realizing I can't seem to stay away from site like crack, I want to find out if you and others have the same premature to a full blown addiction like I'm having going forth... here a simple question to you all. How many hours do you spend a day or your think you have invested in you lifetime at ology? I'm eager to find out so shoot away.

I'm always logged in, I do my things I need to do during the day, but when I have free time I sit down in the computer. Usually spend more time in the morning before my workout & before the little tornados get home from school
