Check it out. Here is a workout from June 05 saved to my phone. This is when I overtrained like a monster. You guys will either laugh or pass out before you finish reading all sets
No gear btw, nor super genetics. Just ignorance

You bring your phone to the gym to log your workouts.....

How about paper and pen and leave the phone in your locker.
 
Wow what alot of work for nothing! As for cell phones, I would rather pay $30 bucks a month not to have one.
 
My cell has a keyboard so workouts are easily logged. Better to take a tiny little instrument than a book and a pen/pencil. Writing is also a bitch. I like typing better
 
mano, you are crazy..but admittedly, we've all been there..overtraining like hyped cows..lol!!!

next time, bring a lil journal notepad and write down your exercises. I myself remember my workouts..^^

Nahh. This was my regular workout. I wasn't satisfied unless I spent 2-3 hours in the gym. I also did chest twice, sometimes 3 times a week.
 
working muscle groups 2-3 times a week is fine, but jesus christ, you can't be serious about doing that kind of workout 2-3 times a week! what's your training look like nowadays bro?

I dont know how people remember the exact number of reps they do week to week. I guess I have a bad memory. :D

Lol yep. This was also after very intense football practices.
I always neglected school so had time to waste in the gym. I just recently started taking school seriously.

Angry, yes I have breasts. I always had em though. I was obese, lost all of it, got really skinny, but my boobs still stayed there. Now that theres muscle tissue developing under the fat, they just keep getting bigger. Stronger, but bigger. I think I'm too young for surgery but thats the only way out

Jussee... save your workouts to your phone or organiser like I do. I can't remember shit. I don't know how people like Winter remember their lifts without writing em down somewhere

When you do one work set of one exercise then call it a day like I do, it's not hard.
