Damn it, I only work part time and I get paid like every two weeks. I only get an average of $140 to spend since I have a lot bills. Last time I was on a cycle I had a hard time try to get 4,000 cal,(my timing of meals was off) I had to get cheat food just reach 3,400 cal and my protein intake was less than 300g. On my next cycle I plan on trying to reach 4,500 cal and 300g of protien. Can anyone help come up with a solution for a budget of $140?

I am 5'11 and 175lbs and a very low percentage of body fat.

Whole milk if you can handle it... $4 or so gets you about 2400 calories.

Whole eggs are cheap as hell...$1 or so for 900-1000 calories.

Bulk chicken, you can find chicken breast on sale at albertsons for 99 cents a pound. Pasta is less then a buck a bag, bread is also cheap. They arent the best carbs but they work.

shit, if you need calories, a dollar will buy you 1525 extra calories in the form of a pint of heavy whipping cream =)

Sams club is your friend. Also like Easto said, is that $140 per week or 2 weeks or a month? Tuna is cheap! Eggs are cheap. You can buy ground meat you just cant buy the 97% lean stuff. Look for the fattier meats they will be inexpensive.

Ground beef isn't so bad if you go for Costco. 93% lean (I believe) ground beef is $2 a pound.

Why not just get the fatty kind? Cheaper and more calories per pound!
