Not sure exactly what diet, but your on the right track. Cut out sugars, cut down on carbs and up the protein. Check out some of the fat burners that folks use as well. You can learn a lot about those in the women's forum. I don't say that in any disrespectful way but those gals over there know their stuff. To lose that is gonna be diet, diet and diet. Did I say diet? Get that right with some cardio and you will be on your way. Good luck!
