how do body builders lean out so well?

there like 18% fat in off season an they cut down to like 4 % in season? how the fuck do they do that and maintain so much muscle?
 
Lee Priest is the only guy who ever got that chunky, most of the rest are within 10% or less of their competition weight and most of that is picked up immediately after competition (water). There is no way the average competitor hits 18%, however keep in mind they diet for 4-5 months out of a show, thats a long time.

Cutler also does 3 hours of cardio a day, which is a damn lot of work for those months. Calories get cut back eventually to under 4000 which is not a lot for a guy that weight.
 
I saw Cutler at the Gold's in Vegas. He was working out one machine over from me. He must have been 300 lbs and he's really short. The guy did not even look real. I can't see how he can do 3 hrs cardio a day and hold on to his muscle. I left the gym feeling like shit.

i have to say though, if i were a BBer, and my career depended on being hyoooooge and ripped, i would use DNP without a doubt. But then again im not a BBer, and im super cautious about what supplements i use (i wont even use clen), so i dont have to worry about that lol.
