how do I avoid small red marks that look like a zit popped and healed

I have a few small freckles only in my quads that are red and black. No lumps or swelling just looks like at zit popped a week ago that's healed.

Is it acne? If so, are you doing anything to manage your estradiol -- assuming you are using gear that is.

Yes it's from test basically track marks

I do same method of injection . I sometimes get them sometimes not wondering if anything can be done to not get them at all

So its the exact spot where you are putting the pin? Im guessing you arent using a different pin to draw and to inject. It could be trauma to the dermis from a dull needle.

Sounds like you need to use a luffa. Track makes come from injection into a vein. IM injections shouldn't be causing track marks. Maybe follow up with an swab of alcohol.

the black ones may be moles(lol) but the red ones i would scrub and see where that takes you

oh yeah just scrub with a loofa like dreaded pirate roberts said lol
