About to start my first cycle, my question is what is the best way to combat bloat on cycle?

I have liquidex, but I don't know what the dosage would be?

Or is there something more effective?

Thanks

Personally, I tend to never really get to bloated so ive never had to deal with it. If your worried check your diet. Cut the sodium and dairy IMO.

liquidex is by far the best ,I use .5mgs ed during cycles and never get bloated.

I have had good luck with gasparis novadex xt to prevent bloat on cycle. I wouldn't trust it as a stand alone post cycle therapy (pct) product, but it seems to be beneficial while on cycle. I had a small, bump under my left nipple that would flair up on cycle even with nolva. On the xt it has actually disappeared.

Any idea what's in it that may have helped? I don't know too much about gaspari other than superpump250

,4,6-Androstatrien-3,17-dione (ATD) is a potent irreversible aromatase inhibitor that inhibits estrogen biosynthesis by permanently binding and inactivating aromatase in adipose and peripheral tissue.[1] It is used to control estrogen synthesis.[2]

ATD is present in some over-the-counter bodybuilding supplements such as Rebound XT, Novedex XT and Inhibit-E. While not banned, ATD may cause positive urinanalysis results leading to disqualification from competitive sports due to its similar properties to banned substances.[3]

A related agent is exemestane (Aromasin).

Is there any need for AIFM if aromisin is being used?

Not in my opinion, although I've seen guys do both. Usually you can use/try AIFM first, if it works... great! If not then go to Aromasin. AIFM would be more cost effective.

I used Aromasin, and while it did eliminate water retention(which actually wasn't bad to begin with) it killed my sex drive. I've used 5-10mg of nolva ed while on cycle and water retention was minimal
