How do I go about sterilizing my gear?

Got 2 bottles of mazitek 275 sus, 10 ml vials.

My mate got them a while back and did not use them, I just wanna be safe and sterilize the gear if I can, If i can't I wont use it because he told me its been lien around in the draw for about 8 months.

If i can completely filter it and sterilize it I will use it on my 2nd cycle in months to come but where do I start?

The chances of introducing a bacteria or pathogen to the gear by "sterilizing" it much greater a risk then you think.

Gear from a trusted SRC that other guys are running with success is always the best option.

run it through this: Whatman Sterile Syringe Filter .20u - Syringes Needles Filters - Accessories

into this: 10mL Sealed Sterile Vial - Glassware - Accessories

and remember to put an extra pin tip in the vial your filling at the time to let out air pressure.

Exactly as juiced p explained, but I would first put a pan on stove, heat on 2, place a pin thru stopper, but not touching gear to act as a vent, heat on stove for a couple minutes and swirl. This will make sure it's all in solution but it's much easier to filter when warm.

1 filter should work for 100ml of gear, but I would use a separate filter for each type of gear. You will lose a little in the filter, most hold about .5ml. You can pull air into the syringe and push it thru to try and get most of the hormone out.

If you heat it, and you should, make sure you have a pin not touching the oil as a vent. If not, the top will blow off.

I would def trash the open vials. Expired and sitting in a drawer is no biggie, but the open ones are a bit sketchy

if the vials were capped, you should be fine but if they were not i would be cautious. but like someone mentioned earlier u could put a needle in the top and heat it up. This is a good idea just because your gear may have a an excess of BA (benzyl alcohol) which some people are sensitive to and may cause swelling and PIP. But the right amount of BA isn't all that bad because it acts as preservative/ sterilizer for the gear.

Oh ya, just run the vials through the dishwasher. Should be fine as long as you use plenty of jet-dry.
