I'd like to address a question/concern/issue?..... Now what I can't quite understand is the vast quantities of phone calls that i get throughout the course of a day. Ok, lets address the very first issue that some smart ass will try to run at me with.... NO. I AM NOT A LICENSED MENTAL DEFICIENT. I just have more clients than the average doctor. And as a day starts at about 8 am and MAY end at 11 or 12am, it blows my mind how my office line will ring, till I don't answer, then, the caller ID will show the same exact caller, calling my cell phone, and again there is no answer. Now the ironic/amazing part of this whole concept is that roughly 75% of the callers on both lines, NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE. Now, I am very sorry if this is a difficult concept for people to understand, but I am on of the most sought after HRT/TRT consultants in the COUNTRY. SO THAT MEANS THAT WHEN YOU HAVE SOME CRAZY IDEA THAT YOU ARE JUST GOING TO DIAL A COUPLE NUMBERS, ON A WHIM, AND BE ABLE TO LATCH ME DOWN INTO A 30-45 MINUTE ON HOW TO GET STARTED WITH MAXIMUS HRT.......

YOU PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED THE THE EXTREMELY PRECISE VOICEMAIL THAT WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED TO HERE, STEP BY STEP, TO GET YOUR AFFAIRS IN ORDER TO BE A CLIENT.

Maybe it's just me, but when I started with Chip I dropped him an email (being busy myself and hating phones I just assumed he was the same way), the next day he sent me my information packet with explicit instructions on how to get started. What throws some people off is the fact that you actually have to put some leg work in. You have to get a physical and bloodwork done (you should do this regardless) and fill out the proper forms for Maximus. This takes time. If you don't want to do that I get it, then just order from a UGL and leave the best Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) business on the planet to those of us who truly understand that it is a partnership. You can't just expect Chip to do everything for you and to drop everything just because you can't follow instructions. It's pretty fucking simple people.

Glad to see you are setting some boundaries, Chip. I know from my own experience as a business owner, that it's hard when you care about people to run a business, because customers take advantage of you and your time. You are right to save your energy for the customers who are serious about pursuing a course of treatment and are taking the initiative to do their part. F**k the haters and fence sitters.
Also good to see that Maximus is achieving so much success in such a brief time. I've learned from my businesss that more is not always better though. If you have to limit your clientele to give yourself some personal time and in order to continue a high level of service that's ok. Just because people want something from you doesn't mean you have to give it to them...save it for those who deserve it. You are appreciated.

I just recently started with Maximus. Im amazed at the level of communication Chip is able to maintain. Ive had E-mail Text and Voice conversations with Chip. I try and get my Shit figured out before I hit send so as not to tie him up with some inbred story.
Maximum Benifit from time managment. Keep it simple.
Chip I hope you have figured out a way to build a support team that works under your direction so you can keep expanding your business with out burning out.

Chip, just a quick question so I can complete the process. I have already filled out the health info and paid for the blood panel. I printed off the receipt and took it to labcor but they are needing a requisition number or something of that nature. I entered my correct e-mail address on the blood work order form and have not received an e-mail with the info needed. I called and left you a voicemail but wanted to drop you a line on here as well incase it's a simple and easy explanation. Thanks and look very much forward to having a better quality of life with the help of your company!
