I think my bi's and chest are lacking. What do you think is the best way to bring them up to par? I don't think I should work chest more than 1 time a week, so from now on just hit it harder and harder..but i think bi's are small enough to recover from 2 workouts a week...wadda ya think about this split..

monday - chest, tris
tuesday - back, bi's
wed - shoulders
thursday - legs
fri - tri's, bis, forearms

Should I move shoulder day to arm day and have 1 day of rest in the middle?
Tell me what ya think.

this is my current routine

monday - chest
tuesday - back
wed - legs
thursday- shoulders
fri - arms

lol, thanks man! jks

maybe i'll bump it up for a little while, and watch what happens. If anyone has any advice, chime in.

I'm not sure what you're doing for shoulders, but if your doing more than lateral/front raises or rear delt you're hitting your tris 3x a week. Without giving your tris enough time to recover your chest day is gonna suffer because you wont be push heavier weight on monday to help your chest grow.

You could hit bis x2 a week but its hard to say without seeing how many sets/reps your doing for each bodypart, maybe list that out if you can and would be easier to critque

you shouldnt worry about lagging body parts untill you have been training for 10+ years.

Besides if your genetics are small biceps...there are things you can do to bring them up, but they will always be behind.

Just keep hacking away and shoving that food down ur throat...and dont forget to squat and deadlift.

His biceps were kind of weak compared to other parts though. At least on stage.
