how do you guys warm up? & Does anyone use the pyramid scheme? Ie lift more weight at the end of your routine. My bro was telling me it is really the only way to get gains.
I like doing a dynamic warm up. Youtube joe defranco, he has some good stuff. Really helps, especially with the lower body day, my back feels like a million bucks.
I usually do 1 set at 1/4 of the weight than 1 set at 1/2 the weight than i do my 3 sets at weight. I also do dynamic stretches in the beginning of each new exercise.
