I've recently been watching A/E's Heavy, a new show about obese people that lose weight in six months.
How do they do it? How do you get someone that has zero physical activity, who spends their day eating, while sitting in a bed. Who get tired just by getting up from the bed, who have numerous medical conditions.
And why do people let themselves go? I guess many people want to be healthier, they want to lose weight, and the task of the personal trainer wouldn't be limited to exercise the person, but also provide mental support, and try to change the way the obese people think.
How do you start from scratch with a morbidly obese person? And only if it's safe, can they use AAS to accelerate their weightloss process?
