How does repeated endurance exercise effect someone with above average muscle mass??

Case point: I have particularly big and well developed shoulders and I am increasing the frequency and intensity of my boxing workouts. How will repeatedly using my delts (that were created using mass building exercises) in boxing endurance workouts change the muscle? Will it shrink in harder, stay the same and harder, get a lil bigger...etc
 
Boxing workouts, such as hitting the bag for like 30 minutes, is definitely a killer workout. But seeing as how your body is already used to growing through being strained by heavy weights i doubt you will see much.
