How frequently do you change your supplements?

Several people are always looking for the latest and greatest when it comes to supplements.. When you find that right stack that works for you, do you continue with that particular stack or do you change it up? How frequently do you change your supplements?

There are certain things that should be cycled off(PH's for obvious reasons, and stims) IMO. I think that Creatine/Branch chain amino acids/ multi Vitamins should be a staple in everyones supplement line. I have gotten great results with these products without touching a PH

I change supplements every time Tim Patterson tells me he's discovered another breakthrough! I *have* to change them then: he always makes new discoveries that will revolutionize the industry, but dammit, they're always in short supply so we have to order a bunch immediately before it's gone.

I'm kidding, of course.

I stopped relying on most supplements a long time ago. As a naive youngster, I did fall for all the hype. I've done embarrassing amounts of HMB, CLA, all sorts of new-fangled fat burners, etc.

Today I stick with the basics:
Creatine ethyl ester
Fish oil (high-dose)
Flax oil
BCAA
Cycle Support
Once in a while, I splurge on MCT oil.

I also use things that aren't really "supplements":
Albuterol, once in a while on a cutting cycle
Cycles with PCT
DNP

With supplements changing frequently, there are so many new formulas and different forms that they come in (powder, capsules, premixed, etc....) For the most part, I stay pretty consistent: whey protein, glutamine, multi vitamin, omega 3's and Ramp Up.

I have my diet plan and I always try to stick on it but sometimes I make changes to the routine and try something extra but I also care for that it should also be beneficial to me. I take omelet every morning and any fruit juice but when I want some change I would like to try out the oats and some extra drink. In the lunch I sometimes I try fish verities and some rice also but these is not for daily.

I may change the way I run certain product but I stricly use NTBM products and ONLY NTBM products.

Supplements for me have their greatest benefit if they effect my mood. Outside of the basics, protein, vitamin, fish oil, anti-oxidants, it comes down to mood enhancement. Several products I have used have altered my mindset, kept me focused, and improved my daily desire to hit the weights. That to me is a good supplement, even if it doesnt do anything for my muscles in particular lol.

My ultimate love is Phenibut! That stuff turns me from silent madman, into social don suave.

I have had several stacks I put together for myself that made a huge difference in the gym though. But no supplement will do crap for you unless you are eating in a way that gives your body the raws to create a masterpiece.

supplement whore right here.

food? whats this term you speak of? cant i just sit on the ps3, take roids and aminos and get huge?

NO?

seems to be working so far. lmao.

j/k.

I like to change stuff about every 4 to 5 months unless I really, really like it. I could see myself using Ibcaa's, Creapure Creatine and Beta Alanine indefinatly though.

I will mix things up from time to time...usually when something new from RLS or NTBM comes out. I have had the most successful results using their products.
