How is this split?

MONDAY: Legs
Squats: 5x5
Box Squats: 3x6-10

TUESDAY: Delts, abs
Military Press: 4x6
Some ab exercise....

WEDNESDAY: Back
Deadlifts: 4x5
BO or Dumbbell Rows: 4x10
Shrugs: 2x8

FRIDAY: Chest/tris
Barbell or Dumbbell Press: 5x5
Incline barbell or dumbell Press 3x6
Weighted Dips: 3x6



Was trying to make this a moderate volume routine with the option of skipping Tuesday if need be and putting the military press on with a different day.
 
thats a nice looking split. give it a shot and see how your shoulders respond. if they hold up OK then its a winner. if not add them on chest day and you still got a winner.

you may could move back to thursday and have wed off.
