how long before doctor sees decrease?

hey guys, i finally found a doctor that will give me a scrip. i was recently on test e and eq but after about 9 weeks and and some blood tests i realized that it was barely working, so i started to look for a doctor so i wouldnt have to rely on the internet and or blackmarket. i finally found one but he said to stop taking what i was taking and come back for a blood test in 3 weeks and once he sees it droped to normal he would give me a scrip for test c and deca, i guess what im asking is would it be back to normal in 3 weeks? especially considering the fact that my test levels where only at 1600 which is abnormal but shoulda been way hire.

I wouldnt say 1600 is barlely working!!!
