let me be straight on this. you injest one thousand grams of carbs preworkout and during your workout?

what feds you compete in? i can tell by your atavar that it aint usapl, aau, wabdl or nasa. :D

:flipoffha i wish. :)

lol pb. He basically has it right though, i have to start narrow, then widen out, sometimes i have to start higher and work to a lower box. I have a serious flexibility problem in my groin and hips, that is why i will not squat with a super wide stance. I also stretch in between.

sorry didn't make myself clear.. i don't compete. i powerlift for fun. :)

then you not a powerlifter. =0l

you may train like one..........

you may look like one.........

you may smell like one.......

may put up numbers like one........

but..........

that's like cooking a steak and letting the dogs eat it. its like taking a shower with a rain coat on. its like a kiss without a hug. its like a hotdog without mustard.

bro go ahead and do a meet. you will not regret it. it takes your training to the next level. if you putting in the work why not reward yourself?

I usually lift for 30minutes to an hour, depending on what I've got for the day (obviously squats or deads will take me longer than bench, etc.) and then do cardio for 30-45 minutes, if I have time for it.

I plan on it definitly... but I just got out of the hospital and I have lost a LOT of strength/size. I would like to get back to where I was almost a year ago.

and BTW: I hate mustard.

OK...... good uck with your health.

do a meet. the experince is worth more than the numbers.

I've done 45-60mins workouts with 30-45 seconds rest between sets, but I found 2 hours workouts with 3-5 mins rest between sets works better for me. 30-45 seconds rest for smaller muscles like bi's, tri's, calf's, I still do, but for larger muscles like chest, back ,quads ,I like 3-5 mins rest between sets.

actual time in the gym about an hour to 90mins
actual time lifting usually about 45min to an hour
the rest of the time is warm up, stretching, abs etc etc
