How long into Cycle, should I increase my intensity/volume/weights?

I am prone to overtraining, and do not grow very easily. I pinned 250mg Test E for the first time on thursday Sept. 8. I am wondering as a consensus.... How long into the cycle do you increase the intensity, volume, weights?

I did a workout today.... felt great, did more sets and reps than I usually do. Even though I have only pinned once so far haha.

Advice on going to failure? When to do it, how often to do it etc.
 
Increase intensity from first pin up until pct. then you can lay back a "bit".

continue to eat like a horse from day 1 through out pct and even after pct.

As for sets and reps, id stick with 3 sets of 8-10 reps till failure for every big body part (chest,quads etc) and 2 sets of 8-10 reps till failure for smaller body parts (triceps,biceps,etc)

find a weight that your comfortable with getting ~8-10 Reps and just go until you cant anymore.

while on the test, id also increase weights every week by ~5lbs a week.

unless your running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), stick with hitting the same body part only once a week. try to have 2-3 rest days in a week.

goodluck and remember to have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand incase of gyno.
 
wicked! this is perfect advice. The exact info I was looking for. In addition to going to failure. What about Cardio?
