How long should I wait before starting 2nd cycle?

I am wondering how long should I wait till I start a 2nd cycle.

I was on tren / test cycle for 12 weeks - 1st cycle with great results.

Tren everyday - half 75mg,
Test - 250mg (once a week, till the last 4 weeks at twice a week making it 500mg)

36 age
85kg
5.10 - height

Look forward knowing a good break between cycles?

8 weeks at bare minimum, that's 4 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) and 4 weeks recovery.
Typically the ideal time period is this:
Time off=Time on+post cycle therapy (pct). Meaning if you ran a 12 week cycle you should take 16 weeks off.

bloodwork will let you know for sure when your ready; as tempting as it is you need to let your body get back to normal (thats what i tell myself everyday LOL).

id be a little cautious/conservative @36 if you plan on having kids especially... 6-8months w/ clean bloodwork. if you cant wait get the bloodwork
