Just wondering how many calories people burn when at the gym on tred mills, bikes or elliptical ect. How long should I stay on cardio since I'm trying to lose a beer belly/belly fat. Like this morning I did the tred mill for 16 min and burned it said 140 calories, later in the day elliptical for 10 min and 90 calories and I walked at home for like 45 min.
