I have 4 whole eggs scrambled in my sandwich each morning. After that it just depends. I always have some hardboiled in my fridge for snacking. I'd hazard a guess at 6 or so a day..
I know we go through 4 dozen a week in our house....
I used to eat an even dozen every day -- six for breakfast, either scrambled or in an omelette, and the rest of them in protein shakes through the day. I haven't done that in months, though, only when I'm bulking.
I usually eat anywhere between 4-8 whole eggs a day. They are a big source of my fat (good fat in those eggs), but I don't eat other things high in fats (PB, stuff like that).
