Hey Ladies.....
How many months of training should one do before their first figure competition? I was lifting on and off last year due to injury.....now I'm healthy and want to do a figure but I've obviously lost some muscle.
I've competed in bikini and so called "fitness" comps....but I really want to do my first figure comp.
I am a 5 day a week "let's build some fucking muscle!!!" program right now. My comp is in Oct.....does that give me enough time to build a decent amount of muscle? A friend of mine is starting from scratch (mentioned this in other threads) competing in Oct also.
Is it worth it to compete? Or should I just build muscle until 2008? What about her?
