How many of you guys actually use an AI on cycle?

Im running 500mg test e, 400mg mast e and 100mg anavar a day alonside 0.5mg arimidex mon/wed/fri, but im having all the symptoms of low estrogen now, so im thinking of just stopping the arimidex completely until i get any sides of high estrogen - the way i feel now isnt worth carrying it on if its making me feel like this - join pain, lethargy, flushes etc.

Do you think its absolutely necessary to run arimidex with 500mg of test with the mast etc? or just keep it on hand, lower the dosage to find sweet spot etc?

Your dose is wrong is why. should only be .25 mg EOD when no signs of high estrogen

The thing is i read different things everywhere, and with the tablets being so small at 1mg, sometimes one bite may be 0.3/0.4/0.5 or even 0.6. So do you think i should do 0.5mg twice a week or what so the total is 1mg a week?

I think you should just buy it in liquid form with a dropper so you can measure out doses more accurately. the board sponsor RUI products sell it(that is the Adex everyone here is on).

I agree, and its why I love the RUI letro, easier to dose than small tabs and good quality.

Trial and error. I use .625 a week of Letro. Because I know I bloat, and it's bad. I've never had any BP issues though.

I would start low and go up, but you did the opposite.

I actually started on mon/thur 0.5 so 1mg total a week, but then put it up to 0.5 3 times a week, it was good on the 3 times a week for a couple weeks but now i feel crashed, ill lay off it for a week, then start from next monday again at 0.5 twice a week.

So what sort of symptoms were you guys noticing when you went to high? I cant tell if i have a viral infection or generally have gone too low. Joint aches, hot flushes etc and weak orgasm is some of my symptoms, however sex drive is still good.. also sweating like mad

iv used .25 eod and when i felt i needed to up the dose i upped it to 0.5 every 3 days.

Just a thought how about bloodwork and see what your e2 is.

Ugl aren't perfect sometimes things get mixed together in vial like test and mast and so on. Then Anavar is faked alot with dbol.

Yep dose is way too high. Masteron has an ability to keep E2 at bay(not a lot but a little) it and Var doesn't aromatize either. You need bloods to be sure about anything. Without it you're guessing. I didn't have to take any more than .5mg a week when I was taking it.

And screw Adex, the rebound on that shit is horrible. Stane(aromison) is the way to go.

What's everyones opinion on ditching the armidex for now and just running nolva at 10mg a day? arimidex seems to effect my strength and joints too much.

I use Letrozole as nothing else is strong enough, especially when I'm pushing the 2,000mg AAS mark. 2.5mg twice a week. It seems extreme but it keeps me in check. Without it, my gyno flares something shocking and the pain and obvious bulge is just too much. Once I have the surgery to remove this tissue (hopefully by the end of the year once I make the appropriate enquirers through my insurance) I a mild AI will suffice. As long as your blood pressure and estrogen is in check, you'll survive.

Simple Simon wrong dosage And if your Test level goes up so your Estrogen, Simple Simon in that case always use an AI but of course if .05 is crashing your "E" then WTF lower the dose. Without Blood then guessing game. So trial n error. LOWER the dose as was said... Hello?
