I like to try to do each lift 4 sets on highest weight I can do 2 sets and push the 3rd and 4th set as hard as possible. depends what body part Im doing.. when Im doing arms I do about 24 sets.

24 sets for arms! can you explain this..is that devided like 8 sets for biceps, 8 sets for triceps and 8 for forearms ?seems like a lot for small muscle groups..
