It depends on wether I'm cutting or bulking. Over the winter I was doing 1 body part per day 18-22 sets per body part. Now I have just finished my cutting cycle I'm doing 2 body parts a day with 12-14 sets per body part.
I think most if not all of the guys responding also work a bodypart once a week. You're definitely doing A LOT of sets and should really be watching out for symptoms of overtraining IMO.
