How many sets ???

Hi all !
Im kinda curious about how many set u people do per bodypart ?
i do about :

chest : 16
back : 18
legs : 20
delts : 14
triceps : 12
biceps : 12
(warmup not counted)

What du YOU think works best ?

It depends on wether I'm cutting or bulking. Over the winter I was doing 1 body part per day 18-22 sets per body part. Now I have just finished my cutting cycle I'm doing 2 body parts a day with 12-14 sets per body part.
 
Back(this includes rear delts, rotator cuff, traps and lower back) 20 sets
Chest: 7-9 sets
Shoulders: 5-7 sets
Quads: 8-10 sets
Hamstrings: 5-7 sets
Calves: 3-5 sets
Triceps: 5-7 sets
Biceps: 5-7 sets
 
hmm, maybe i should try doing a little less sets, but then again i only work each bodypart once a week !?

I think most if not all of the guys responding also work a bodypart once a week. You're definitely doing A LOT of sets and should really be watching out for symptoms of overtraining IMO.
 
Yes' I only hit each body part once a week, unless I am training for a BP only meet then chest is twice but intensity is also lower.
 
This i how my program looks :

Monday : Chest-biceps
tuesday : Legs
wednesday : off
thursday : back-forearms
friday : delts-triceps
saturday : off
sunday : off

abs EOD !!

Ihave tried many different programs, but allways end up returning to this one !
