How many times do u guys go Gym per week?

2 days on and 1 day off, then 2 days on and 1 day off, etc......

ABout an hour and half each time
 
ive just recently decreased training from a 4 day split to a 3 day split... i like this much better because ive got an extra off day... imo it doesnt really matter how many times u go to the gym each week, i mean if ur on a 6 day split training each part once per week or a 3 day split training each part once a week, in both scenarios each part is still being hit only once a week, but with the 3 day split u just get more rest
 
every day... 7 times a week, for about an hour- hour and a half each workout... i do each muscle group twice a week....
 
I do a lot of crosstraining in various sports outside the gym so 3 days of about an hour not counting warmups and stretching is all I can handle without overtraining.

Hey got Gear

I train 5x per week about one hour wts. try to do cardio 30 min 4 to 5 times per week.
Got gear who is that in your atavar. Is he dead at 50? Looks like Mike Metzer of the Nautilis machine book.
