how much adex should i take on this?

I'm currently into week 5 of 750mg test/week and 500mg deca/week. I will be getting bloods in another couple weeks to see how my e2 levels are doing, and then i will have a clearer answer. But until then, what dosage of adex would you recommend i take on this amount of gear? I was thinking of taking 0.5mg on a m,w,f schedule. Thoughts?

this is my first time using deca and my first time going over 500mg test. I used 0.25 eod on previous cycles with just test at 500mg/week. My main concern is blood pressure which i know is aggravated with high e2

This is a pure guess and assuming your previous dosage worked perfectly for you and your body fat % hasn't changed much. Having said that, .25mg daily is my guess.
