How much albut to take?

I am gonna start my t3 and albut once someone.helps me here. How much should I take? I rsad t3 1/2 ml which is 100mcg but the albut is 60ml 6mg/ml
How much albut should I be taking?
These two are ran ed for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?

Start the t3 at 25mcg and ramp up from there. Go up to 75mcg.

Start albut at 6mg, see how you feel and ramp up from that. Go up to 18mg if you can handle it.

Albut is not clen so it can be ran for longer periods. 6-8 weeks. T3 can be ran the same.

3mg 4D and there are some jittery side effects. Only appear to last for about an hour after dosing.

1mg Keto before bed makes for a good nights sleep.
