How Much Could vs Should Total Test Decline in 1 - 1.5 Years

I'm turning 37 in a month and just a bit concerned, but not fretting. I[m not on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but do work out and in my late 20's - 30's (27 - 34) did about 6 6-week long round of OTC test boosters like 6-OXO, Jungle Warfare, Activate Xtreme/Triazole, Novadex XT.

My buddy said even OTC's will have an impact on natural production, so I cut those out for good.

March 2012, Total Testosterone taken at 8am was 511. My Free Test was higher and looking good, and I know that and other factors are important.

October 2013, Total Test taken at 2pm was 400. This concerns me, but only slightly.

I am just curious if that significant of drop is normal or way too much for 1.5 years??

Experienced some stress in the last 1.5 years. Anxiety has gotten me somewhat good. Also, I've been masturbating a ridiculous amount in the last year. That has stopped as of two weeks ago!

Thoughts? Experiences? ...I don't need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and libido is still good, but not what it was, obviously. I'm single and want to have kids some day, so I'm getting information to plan accordingly.

MANY THANKS for your input!

Test boosters are a waste of money.

Below is a link to a chart that shows what happens to Total Test and Free Test levels as you age. It is not normal to go from 511 to 400. But please note that you should always do teat labs first thing in the morning when you levels are the highest. You need to fix the stress problems in your life. That definitely affects TT. Get enough sleep and eat a good diet too.

The time your blood was taken can easily cause that swing in total testosterone values. Our hormones surge and decline on a daily basis, with the highest levels in the morning and lowest before bed. Megatron has everything else covered imo. :)

Thanks, guys! Megaton, you say this is not normal, And that's my thought. I am going to do a 90 day challenge with more sleep and better diet and see how much we can raise my TT.

Do you think I can raise it significantly? I'm optimistic my real TT is much higher.

Any thoughts? Thx!

Make sure you get your labs taken first thing in the morning after a good night's sleep too. That will definitely make a difference.
