How Much Did You Gain On Your 1st Cycle?

I'm going to start my 1st cycle this summer and I'm curious as to how everyone did on their first cycles muscle gain and bf% change wise?

My cycle is gonna be a basic beginners cycle:
12 weeks test e 500mg/week

So how much did everyone gain their first cycle (keepable gains) and how much did their bf% go up or down roughly? Any input would be interesting to me since I've heard bits and pieces of what people saw from their first cycles on the logs here and on other sites.
 
Almost impossible to answer, as everyone is different, and there are a multitude of variables that will affect the amount of gains witnessed such as:

Type of steroid and amounts used
Length of cycle
Cycle experience - early career cycles tend to yield greater gains purely because there is greater scope for those gains
Training, diet & rest!
 
My first cycle was tren ace only. i know it was stupid now but i new someone who made there own and it was a decent price so i jumped. i had been lifting for years and finally hit a plateau. Besides the night sweats and incredible back pumps it was awesome! Went from 175 to 200 lbs and was benching 420 for 1 rep max. i am currently 185 and stronger than ever before. not quite at 420 but still pretty decent for my weight.

i realize that it varies for everyone, I had just wanted some people to post what they got out of their 1st cycle like lbm gain-wise because I thought it would be interesting. For sure chances are I will have completely different results as it all comes down to genetics, the cycle, diet, and training.

I'm not saying you're trying to, but I've heard alot of diff. people ask the same question expecting to get one general answer. "How much will I gain" I've heard it so many times it's ridiculous. Nobody knows for sure and there are so many factors that influence this and what if it's 25 lbs of fat? Are these ppl really thinking 20 lbs of fat gain and 5 lbs of muscle gain is really going to look anything like 20 lbs of muscle and 5 lbs of fat? I sure hope not. I think everyone that asks that question should research for a month or so and get a generalized idea or estimate better yet of what they can expect to gain if they do everything they can to maximize the effect of what you're taking.
 
13lbs. but eating very clean. cycle was sust/deca/dbol.

I am benefiting now since I dont need to many cardio and gear to cut

I realize thats its a very noob-ish question, and had a feeling I might get flamed a little or at least get a hard time for asking. I have done lots of research, just thought it'd be interesting to here what people on this board did for their first cycle and their experiences from it since alot of people here know their shit.

Obviously 20lbs fat and 5lbs muscle would look alot different from 5lbs fat 20lbs muscle, thats why I also asked how people found their bf% levels increased during the cycle.

Not trying to start an argument, just trying to defend myself a bit I realize that people on this forum are pretty sick of hearing the same questions over and over again from newbies lol (and for good reason).

dude, he didn't ask what he should expect to gain. He asked what everyone else gained on on their first cycle.

How about you read the fucking thread title before you give the guy shit about posting a stupid thread?

again, same goes for you. He didn't ask what you think he will gain on his first cycle. He asked what everyone else gained on THEIR first cycle.

So its not impossible to answer at all. Read the thread title.

Besides, the type of steroid you use and the amount have nothing to do with it. Its how you eat and train that determine what you gain.

I realize that training/nutrition is what makes the gains the best. Just curious to hear everyones experience with their first cycle for a little interesting read :)

that last part wasn't aimed at you SD, that was for the other cat who listed what he thought were the reasons you gain on a cycle.

Its all good. Threads like this are wayy better than stupid Anavar only cycle threads. :D

oh, i think i gained about 20lbs on my first cycle. not sure how much of what was what. Didn't really eat clean or dirty, just alot. I'd say i kept a good bit of it, but of course some was fat and some was water.

If i can give you one piece of advice its this. Lift big, and eat bigger. Not all clean and not all dirty. i like an 80/20 clean/cheat mix while I'm trying to grow. Which is always right? lol

Yeah thats good advice, got to make sure that I eat enough I used to be a pretty fat kid and I put on weight easy (both fat and muscle) so just need to make sure I find the right balance to put on mass while not getting to fat and of course not being a little bitch and eating like a girl while on cycle lol.
