I agree with Detour there isn't a specific number, it really depends on her goals, current body fat, training regimen...
typically most reduce their carbs as they get closer to comp day...
Is she carb cycling ? if she's doing a higher carb diet overall, (based on carb cycling), if doing this she will be able to keep fats her diet, just needs to know how much & when based on her low, med or high days.
If she hs been doing a low carb diet throughout, she still needs fat since it will be used as her main source of energy..
As far as which are "good fats" she can have Omega 3's, flaxseeds, avocados, olive oil, hazelnut, cashews, almonds.
The best thing for her would be to hire a nutritional coach that has experience with contenst prep diets.
