I was wondering what you recommend dosage wise (# of tablespoons a day) of flax oil for someone on a cutting diet? Also, anyone have any tricks they use to hide the taste?
I take at least two tablespoons a day. I either put it in my shakes or I'll just put it in my mouth and wash it down with some grapefruit juice. You can also make a salad dressing out of it.
