How Much HCG and Anastrozole do i need?

For testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? currently im on 500iu 2x a week HCG. I feel great! but its a bit expensive.someone said that 250iu would be good while i have also heard that anything under 500 is a waste? what about 375?

also on arimidex im doing .5mg 2 times a week. my estro was 70 before trt.i can add another .5 a week.or maybe .25? any input?

Arimadex should be dosed ED or EOD.
I wouldn't go under 500iu a week with the hcg. But it is not going to hurt u if u lower it or even stop it completely. If u need to save some money then there isn't a problem with lowering the hcg. Hcg is one of those things that I always recommend. But it is optional.
