I've been eating 150g of sugar post w/o to help absord the eggwhites n shake idrink, is that too much or can i go up to 200g if im not storing fat???

Also, the eggwhites idrink is one of those small cartons (52g pro) mixed with 1 1/2 scoops whey (30g pro) 82g all together. Is that overkill??? or can ido more???? Id like to know if theres anything else that can help absorb protien faster

 no offense but that sounds awful!
lol, you need to find a tastier post wo

there we go knew ididnt have it right, what stonecold said about the nutrient pushing, stats: been training solid for little over a year, 5'10 20yrs just over 165lb not sure about bf% but im pretty damn lean, can clearly see all them ab things

i use 60g of sugar (gatorade powder so dextrose, sucrose and fructose) with amino acids while lifting, and 60g waxy maize with 50 g whey postworkout. It works well for me but i find its good to push off the pwo meal until about 1.5 to 3 hours after my pwo shake or i feel bloated.

the gatorade during workout seems to really help towards the end of the workout

to answer your question more directly, 150 in a sitting seems a bit much, although genetics and the drugs u are taking play a role

Iwas thinking about switching it up and doing 75g simple carbs and the other 75g something a little more complex like oats mixed in with the eggwhites and shake, would that seem like a better idea???

I think 150g carbs in one sitting regardless of how its broken down is too much.
