How much is too much for chest??

Been on a bulking program/diet for about 2.5 months now. Am wondering if I am overtraining on chest day or if I should keep doing what I've been doing. My current program for flat bench is 225lbs for 8 reps, 275lbs for 5 reps, 300lbs for 3 reps, 345lbs for 1 rep, 345lbs for 1rep, 345lbs for 1 rep, then 275lbs for 5 reps. Then when i'm done on flat bench i usually do the same program for decline(except w/heavier weights) OR incline(except w/lighter weight). I don't have the energy to work incline, decline, and flat through the entire program. So I usually just do 1 or 2 programs like this on chest day. For example, I'll start w/decline and finish w/incline. Next week I start w/incline and finish w/flatbench or decline. I constantly switch up my workouts, so I start off strong w/differnt part of my chest ea. week. So far it seems to be working good, but have started to plateu, so was wondering if I am overtraining and should just be doing this program for 1 part of my chest ea. week. Say flatbench 1st week, decline 2nd, incline 3rd. Any suggestions??

are your weights moving up every week or two?

weights have been moving up every week, except 3 weeks ago I had to work alot of overtime and didn't get enough food and rest, and actually went down a program. Now i've went up 3 more since then. So, i'm actually a week behind from what I was hoping to be at. Last week was a challenge completing the program, so i'm not real confident i'll be moving up this week either. I'll find out tuesday(chest day). I'm using the same program for my deadlifts and they keep going up and up. My bench still is going up, but not as fast as my deads, and i've been stuck on the same program w/sqauts for 2 weeks. Hopefully this week i can move up one.

if you making gains its working. dont have to be every week. but a couple of few times a month is great. most go to the gym for years and never get stronger.

Yeah, I think I waisted about 2 years that couldve been really successfull in the gym cuz I wasn't eating right, resting enough and training properly. I think i'm getting the hang of it now, but always have ?'s because I want to learn as much as possible so I can make the most of my time in the gym. I've been eating alot, but I eat wholesome food. So far thats helped more then anything.
Thanks for your imput.
