Im currently on a cycle of sustanon 250 and Im not getting the results I anticipated. I'm starting to think Im not consuming enough food.

Im trying to gain some muscle and lose some fat at the same time. I've read a ton of different opinions on what I should and shouldnt be eating. Also how many calories/protien/carbs/fat should I be consuming?
